Yoga-for-wellbeing
Providing Breathing Space
Small Group Classes
Accessible, slow, mindful movement and breath practices suitable for beginners and those with previous experience of yoga. A holistic mind body practice, taught in a friendly, relaxed, environment. Ideal for helping to manage stress and building healthy nervous system resilience, whilst gently maintaining strength and mobility, and working with the breath and the energy body.
1:1 Yoga Lessons (on-line or in-person)
I create a short, safe Yoga practice, tailored specifically to your individual needs, which you then do independently. We review every few weeks. When done regularly helps maintain health and wellbeing. More cost effective than a weekly class and the best way to develop autonomy with your practice and incorporate a healthy, self-nurturing practice into your daily life.
1:1 Yoga Therapy
Empowering you to do something for yourself that improves how you feel. A safe Yoga practice and other lifestyle factors can be used alongside conventional medicine to improve your wellbeing. I create a safe, short, yoga practice for you, taking into account your body type, physical ability and all health needs. You then take this away and do it by yourself as part of your self-care strategy.

Yoga-For-Wellbeing
Yoga
Yoga practice works on many different levels: the physical body, mind, our energy body, and practice ultimately cultivates awareness of deeper more subtle aspects of our being.
The aim of our yoga practice is to move inwards to develop a better sense of ourselves. Practice helps us access the still, calm, place within us all, that source of strength, clarity and resilience. Touching this place on a regular basis helps guide us to make choices in life that make it more fulfilling and with less suffering.

Yoga For Healthy Lower Backs
Morven is a wonderful teacher- she is completely approachable and genuinely giving with her extensive knowledge and experience. Her instructions are always very clear and she is never over demanding. Although lockdown restrictions meant we had to work over Zoom she always paid attention to my postures and gave me subtle corrections as necessary to ensure healthy alignment. I felt in very safe hands. If you struggle with lower back pain I would highly recommend this course.”
The YHLB programme gave me back a sense of control over my fitness. I learnt so much about how my body works and many tools to help manage my back pain which is gradually reducing. But the course has given me so much more than that. I really look forward to my daily yoga and relaxation sessions and can’t imagine life without them now!
